Refund policy

At M-Bossed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Pre Finished Samples

Due to the nature of sample products, samples are non-refundable. If your sample arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Full-Size Panel Packs

If your panels arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Panels that have been installed, cut, or modified cannot be returned.

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
